National Yang-Ming University is a university with expertise in the medical field, while National Chiao Tung University has a strong AIoT team. National Yang-Ming University and National Chiao Tung University have had a vision for the early development of artificial intelligence research long before the present merger. This vision will serve as foundation for the promotion of Medical AI after the merge. In the near future, we plan on developing Taipei Veterans General Hospital and National Yang-Ming University Affiliated Hospital and creating a new era of Smart Medicine.
