The application of 2010 International Collaboration Project will be close in 02.26.2010, please link to International Collaboration Project page to download the Guidance notes and application form.

In order to establish a solid and long-lived collaboration with international institutions and to elevate the standard of academic research, NYMU encourages faculties to participate international academic researches actively, the applicant should qualify the following requirements:

1. The joint chairperson of the international collaboration and the chairpersons of both laboratories should be the faculties or researchers of their own institutions.
2. The international collaboration needs to involve research teams from more than two different countries. The collaboration counterpart abroad should simultaneously be awarded a funding.

Application limitation: each project chairperson can submit only one application every year. Maximum quota per project is NT$ 500,000. Funding items include traveling cost, consumptive materials, and the cost for inviting researchers from the other party.

Applicant should submit two photocopies of each following document to the Center of International Affairs:

International Collaboration Grant Application Form

If the project involves human body experiment, recombinant DNA experiment or animal experiment, the relevant approval documents should be enclosed.

CV of the joint chairperson and a granted funding document from the other party

An electronic file (PDF format) of all the above documents
